Hi,
Sent my passport off to the Peterborough passport office on Mon 11 June by Signed For 1st. Passport office apparently haven't received it, Track and Trace output is a bit weird:

Nobody can work out why it is in Swansea when it was sent to Peterborough (have confirmed PE1 1QG on certificate of posting).
I've raised a complaint with Royal Mail (and they are being very helpful and responsive but as yet have no idea what has happened or where my passport may actually be). Just wondering whether any of the folks on here may have any clues?

Passport sent to Peterborough but delivered to Swansea?
Just googled quickly, looks like there is a passport office in Swansea based in the overall DVLA site.
