I hope someone from here can help me out to get to the bottom of this mystery. Had a parcel (containing two pairs of reading specs) sent from Poland by my optician on 22/5/18. As per tracking parcel left Poland the next day and then ‘dissapeared’. When I rang RM quoting my tracking number below I was told the item entered UK customs on 25/5. It’s coming up to 3 weeks in customs with no change of status or any other info and I’m now seriously worried the item is lost for good. My optician has filed a complaint but it may take up to 90 days to resolve... I have tried contacting customs clearance team to no avail.
Can anyone here help me out in any way whatsoever to get to the bottom of this?

Lost EU parcel
It's not unusual for things to get stuck in customs for a month, there's nothing that either Royal Mail or Royal Mail's equivalent in Poland can do about it

Lost EU parcel
Hi I sent off two parcels on the 4th June. One tracked and signed to Netherlands. One to Finland Standard. Neither have arrived and when looking at tracking system appears only to mention when it left the UK on the 9th. Then nothing. I find it strange that the two parcels have not arrived and yet when I posted one to Australia on the 6th of June it has arrived already. Anyone else having problems.
