I've had a letter sent four times for my business, but it never turns up despite being sent first class by my bank.
Other documents posted by my accountant first class also haven't turned up.
Last post received a month ago.
It's a business, so need to do something quickly.
The mail is not elsewhere in the building and not with neighbours.
I wondered if it could be serious with fraudulent redirection going on as I recently lost an ID card, but not that either.
I'm at a loss. Can anyone suggest what more I could do?

It's possible. Go to the Delivery Office Monday morning with Business Cards, proof of address and ID and hopefully it will get sorted quickly. You may also need to ring the Customer Services line as well.
