I was expecting my parcel to arrive on Tuesday from Cyprus however I'm unsure where it currently is. The camera was bought of Ebay and the seller listed that it would arrive within 3-6 days.
On the Cyprus tracking website it states that it has left on the 3rd but no other information was provided on either the Royal Mail website or the Cyprus tracking website.
I've seen some posts on here where some people have said that the parcel is currently at customs but, I'm not sure if it would be in customs as there should be no tax/VAT for most packages being sent/delivered within the EU.

Can anyone tell me where the package will be or how long on average it will take to deliver? If the parcel does appear to be lost, how long should I wait before asking for a refund through paypal?

Is there a lithium battery in the package, if there is, do you have any idea how it's packaged (you might need to email the seller)?

Yes the camera does have a lithium ion battery. It was just about brand new so it was packaged with it's original box and should be covered in bubble wrap. The battery will have caused the delay whilst the Border Force check it out. The rules on Lithium batteries are very strict which is why they perform checks on them at the Border.

Oh ok thank you. I guess I will wait.
