Hey all,
I ordered an item from the US. The sender sent it in two packages. One was sent out on 19/04 the second on 20/04. I received the second package on the 24/04. I'm still waiting for the first package. It has been in a pdo for two days. I've called customer services over 4 times and they keep telling me something different. Not helpful at all. They said I should receive it when I spoke to them but I didn't. Please see pictures attached..

The most probable reason is that there might be a customs charge. If there is you should receive a grey card in the post.

But I Received the second package shipped to me on the 20/04 at my door, no grey card or anything. The 2nd Packet - you may have just been lucky. Not all items are checked just a sample.
