Post a registered letter at Ipswich post office on 2/2/18 to Brazil RU615340316GB
after several hold up in Brazil because of strike its finally arrived at destination on 27Th feb but unexplicable postman could not find the address(its my parents address for 30 years and i have posted item for that lenght of years, never had a problem). After even more hold up its was back in the Uk Heathrow at the end of March....saying it was in the way to returning centre (I did not write my address at the bachk of envelope as i could never guess it was going to return.
I made several call and nobody can do anything. Now it says its in Manchester.....its unbelievable as i can track it but i am not able to speak to anyone in order to give my address to have it forwarded to me!!!!! and instead it keeps travelling around the country????!!!!!! it could have been solved ages ago. Please do contact me about it????/Many thanks

Unfortunately, as we are not part of Royal Mail there is no point in us contacting you, we can't help.
However, we can offer suggestions. Call the Call centre again, describe fully what is happening, ask them to take a description of the letter (including contents) and they should enter it into a database which the National Returns centre use to help try and identify where they can send it.
It's not guaranteed to work successfully but it is your best chance if you didn't include a return address.
