Hello guys, i hope that i can have some advice from you.

I have this letter posted last Tuesday (International Tracked+Signed), but i think that this Item is stucked somewhere as it says since the 5th of April saying: On Its way to GLS Portugal.

The tracking number is RN096526498GB, GLS tracker says this: "Unfortunately there are no results.
Please check your entry.
It is also possible, that your parcel has not reached us yet. Please try again later."

Thank you

It was only 2 days ago, you need to give it time to 1. get to Gls and 2. Proceed through the necessary security and safety checks that Customs carry out randomly.

Parcelforce offer a one working day service to Portugal. It is available from larger Post Offices or direct from Parcelforce:

https://www.parcelforce.com/worldwide-d ... y/portugal" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Note that the last collection time for next day delivery is often in the morning and there is generally no collection at all on Saturdays or Sundays.

Im trying to get a quote,but to send a letter on a A4 envelope they are asking for something between £50 and 75£, a little to much for a letter isnt it?

For Parcelforce, 1g costs the same as 500g, reflecting the cost of providing a guaranteed service. I am surprised that you are getting a range of prices though, in the PO it is one price.

Check the competition. We often used to get told it was too expensive yet, for most countries, Parcelforce charge a fairly similar amount to the equivalent service from DHL, FedEx etc.
