Hi, So having a problem with a parcel from the USA to UK. https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmA ... 67234us%2C Anyone ever had this problem stuck at Heathrow for 10 days now.

Looks like it will be handled with ParcelForce once in the UK (https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). Might be worth contacting ParcelForce in case there's a Customs charge to pay

Two months is too long. If you are buying something, you need to claim from the seller. If it's a private thing, you need to get the sender to make a claim.

No update Usps saying the parcel is in the UK, Parcel force saying as they don't have it can't help this was a trade i done with someone in the USA so can't refund only get them to claim as it was insured.

That has all the hallmarks of being delayed at customs, which unfortunately neither RM of PR have any say so over.
