Hi,

I sent in a prepaid parcel 11 days ago (19 January) at the southwark post office in London. It was a return parcel for Adidas and hence it was prepaid.
However, up till now, i have received no news on the parcel. I contacted Adidas and they said that they have no records of the item being returned to them. Unfortunately, i lost my receipt that i got from the post office. Is there any way that i can track my parcel or find out what happened to it?

Another thing that happened at the post office on that day was that there was some error printing my receipt and it took them around 10 mins to fix the issue before it being printed out. I suspect that my parcel might never have been registered into the system and might have been lost by now :( Is there anything that i can do?

To anyone who can help, pls your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There is no way of reprinting a proof of postage.

Problems scanning the parcel in won’t affect it’s chances of arriving, only it’s ability to be tracked ... and you can’t track it anyway as you have lost the proof of posting.
