Hi,

I have sent 2 parcels from UK to Canada with Royal Mail (1st class International shipping, signed), but they are still "IN TRANSIT", it seems to be weird because I sent them at the beginning of January...
Could you please verify if there are some issues or missing information needed ?

These are the 2 parcels:

- RS873148429GB (posted on 09/01/2018)

- RS873148619GB (posted on 10/01/2018)

Regrettably as we are not an official Royal Mail website, as stated on every page, we cannot verify anything.

However, Canadian customs is very strict so if you haven't followed their guidelines exactly it could cause delays. Even such as putting the return address in the wrong place is enough to delay it.
