Hi,
I've had a couple of parcels returned from the EU, due to "incorrect addresses". The customers assure me they are correct. Upon looking into it, I can see the parcel was marked as undeliverable, and then returned to me.
Is there a way to make it so that outgoing parcels would call me, in the case that they couldn't find the address? (so I at least follow up with the customer).
Cheers
Andy

Simple answer: No
No postal firm that I aware of issue mobile phones to the Posties themselves so if they were to call you it would be on their own personal phones. That would be too expensive for normal hard working posties to do on a regular basis, never mind couriers who are paid less.
Also, undeliverable doesn't always mean that the address is incorrect. It could also mean that there is no access for any number of reasons, some reasons are shown on Royal Mails own undeliverable sticker which is applied to items when they are returned to sender.
