Does anyone have any idea how long it will be before it's released? I expected it to have shifted by now, to be honest. I'm just wanting to ring my depot and pay the charges.

How long for parcel to be released from Customs?
That appears to be coming through Parcelforce who have different processes so its difficult to say. It is coming via Express 48 so you should see it this week.
I'd contact Parcelforce direct as well just find out what happens now.

One oddity of Parcelforce is that they usually put their own barcode label on to the item with a different number to the foreign one. They then link the new barcode number to the old record but sometimes the linking fails. This makes the tracking go cold when the parcel is actually moving just fine.
