Hi there!

Quick question for you knowledgable lot!

Let's say I buy online postage for a 1st Class Signed For letter (£1.75), print and attach to the envelope.

I then put it into a postbox.

I understand that this means I will not have a P.O. counter receipt for posting and therefore am waiving my right to claim if it goes missing, BUT my question is, will it still get signed for and show online as delivered, assuming it gets to where it is going successfully?

The reason is, the item is of no real value and sometimes I don't have chance to get to the post office in time but I want to make sure the item has arrived by checking online later.

Thanks in advance
