Hello,
a package was sent to me through Royal Mail from UK to Israel
but still haven't received the parcel and on tracking it keeps saying
Your item, posted on 23/03/17 with reference RU758812863GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in ISRAEL.
and Latest update: "It's on its way"
It's been more then a month and I would really appreciate to know where is this package. There is no registry of it in the Israeli Post but they also have been contacted.

However, in most circumstances like this, it has usually been delayed by customs, and in the majority of cases by Customs at the accepting country.
