Can anyone tell me if there are any problems going on at the Parcelforce piccadilly depot in manchester?
Only I sent a parcel via the 48hr service on the 15/03/17 and was pleased to see that not only did it get to manchester on the 16/03/17 but was in fact out for delivery that day....only it hasn't been delivered and up to today has still not been delivered!
I did phone the depot on saturday and the guy said it should have been scanned back in if undelivered but obviously it wasn't....he then went onto to say he had no idea where my parcel was but would look into it and call me back, obviously the call back never came but I did check the PF tracking site saturday evening and could see it now stated my parcel as rescheduled for delivery on monday....well mondays here and again no delivery, the person waiting for this parcel has checked with his staff and nothing has shown or been delivered without being signed for.
The chap waiting for the parcel informs me that that branch often use agency drivers and when they do that's when problems arise.....is this correct?
More to the point is there anyone on here that works for that depot that can help at all?
Thanks for reading
