About 10 days ago I sent a watch clasp to Canada via "drop and go" using Royal mail tracked and signed. 5 days ago the tracking said the item has arrived in Portugal and is out for delivery. What happens now? Can I get the clasp back?

Royal Mail Send Item To Portugal Instead Of Canada
The Portuguese postal system will send it on to Canada. Although rare, compared to how much mail is moved daily, there are processes in place that once they have cleared customs they will be sent on to the correct country.
