A relative has just received a 'small parcel' sent anonymously.
It containing a framed photo of her deceased partner and some previously unseen letters that he wrote to her 12 years ago. This has really unsettled her.
The postage label has a BR number on it and we have been told that this will identify the Post Office from which it was sent. We have been told to contact the police - however they are not malicious just very upsetting. All she wants to know is whereabouts in the country it came from . Please could anyone on here help ? The Post Office keep an internal database of these things but it is regarded as secret to some extent. You could try calling PO customer services on 08457 22 33 44 and asking very nicely.
