I am concerned about a possible issue with delivery of items in December 2016. Of around twenty items I sent (small parcels), two were reported as 'not received' by the addressees. One of those addressees also said he had not received some cards that had been posted to him in December 2016.
The two items I sent and reported as not received appears a high percentage as, in the previous eight years only one item has been reported as not received.
Any thoughts on this?
