I've seen all the horror stories here about people waiting for centuries to go through the dreaded Heathrow DC.
Can you guys let me know (in your opinion) if my package just went through and is gonna be in Canada shortly? Thanks.

Can't confirm it, but it looks that way.
However, the delay is usually at the receiving customs rather than the sending one. Combined with the exacting requirements that Canadian Customs have with mail items (senders address etc) I do hope it goes through okay.

Is it weird that 24h later there no new update, no tracking info on canadapost.ca side neither?
I know that a flight from UK to Canada Montreal take 7 hours..

Canadian customs are probably one of the strictest if not strictest country when it comes to customs. afaik they x-ray every single package no matter what country it arrives from.
