I posted my parcel to the US since Dec 13. The tracking shows United kingdom - Acceptance. Where is it now?? Who do I contact to speed things up?Another parcel I posted on Dec 10 is still stuck at LANGLEY HWDC. But then one I posted on Dec 19 has already gone through the US customs.
Are those that got stuck lost in the process??????

As with most delays its probably been held up by Customs at the US end. It tends to the accepting country where the backlogs are at this time of year.
In fact I have not yet heard of a single country, anywhere, where there are no delays.
Most Customs don't track items going through their facilities.
Most Customs do not have a contact number, or at least we on this unofficial site can't give you one.
Also to be frank if it is delayed in Customs there is no way to speed it up.
