Hey peeps, I just found out about this forum and would like to inquire if anyone could help me out with some additional info.
A mate of mine sent a video card on Monday for Sofia, Bulgaria with RM Tracked & Signed, tracking number " RN30XXXXXX0GB "
They were very quick to retrieve the package from the post office he posted it in and it swiftly arrived at the Heathrow Int DC!
Got my hopes up that it might be here rather quickly, as they advertise a travel time of between 3 to 5 days with this service.
But now, the GPU is just sitting @ HIDC with no progress for now 4 days, whilst I'd imagine it would be at least in-country at Eastern Europe by now.
Any ideas what's going on..?
P.S - There is no information or even remote acknowledgement of the item when checked in the Bulgarian Postal system, so I presume it has not left the Island..

Okay, great - from what I've read, GLS is a Dutch-based, Royal Mail owned company that does logistics.TrueBlueTerrier wrote:GLS have it at 0830 today

But why was this progress not mentioned on Royal Mail's site tracker?
And now that's it handed over to GLS, how long would it take to leave the UK and start makings it's way towards Bulgaria?
Thank a lot for the reply!
