it has been 5 days since the order and it says the following message: Your item, posted on 07/11/16 with reference RZ105936670GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in EGYPT.

what does it mean that it has been passed to overseas postal service in Egypt as i have received no call for my package being delivered.

please help that's my first time ordering online so i understand nothing.

reference number is RZ105936670GB

This is a euphemism for the item being put on the plane at Heathrow. When it lands it has to be passed by Egyptian customs, which can take a long time (it often takes 2-4 weeks in the UK). Only then does the parcel actually get given to the local postal service and then tracking might re-start, though that varies from country to country.

Certain items might take longer to clear customs than others, plus every country has it's list of items that aren't allowed. Looking at Egypt's list, food, clothing & toiletries are all restricted: http://www.royalmail.com/egypt" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

On the website it states that my stuff got arrived: -
-Your item, posted on 07/11/16 with reference RZ105936670GB has arrived in CAIRO EGYPT and is being processed for delivery. but on the post tracking website in egypt says its: 10/11/2016 08:40:00 am LANGLEY HWDC Send item abroad (EDI-received)
and then there is no update.
did my package arrive if it arrived thy should've called me .

please help

is it stuck ?

In most countries there is no tracking while the item is in customs, and in some countries it can take several weeks for customs to clear things. I have no idea about conditions in Egypt but this is what happens in the U.K. and in Spain, and we have an active thread on here about this issue in Brazil.

The service used here does not update after leaving the UK in some countries, depending on the quality of the scanning system in the receiving country. So even if all goes well the tracking might not update any more.

I think that Egypt is a country where you collect your normal mail from the Post Office? In which case, the only way to check what's happening is probably to call or visit your local PO.

Sorry we are not Royal Mail so we can't give specific advice or instructions, I can only suggest like others its stuck in Customs. Have you tried Royal Mail directly.

Thank you i call aroyal mail they told me the parcel still at heathrow airport

And they dont know why this delay

I can't get full tracking on your item for some reason. But from what you say, it has probably been taken to one side because it is suspected of being dangerous goods. What is inside the package?
