Please can someone help me out? Ive been sent an early xmas present from family abroad. With a tracking number and it was posted on wednesday 26.10.16 on 24 hour delivery. But every time i track it the delivery is signed for (not by me) and delivered to "forfar pdo" and i am still waiting for it to come to my address. My family sender has sent me pictures and the delivery was only addressed to me so i have no idea why it has ended up in scotland. I am still waiting and am worried that it is now lost in the post. Please, please can you help or advise of when i may receive my delivery? As my family sender is now worried too.

Sounds like there's possibly a customs fee to pay, have you had a grey card in the post?

If your item is marked as signed for and it wasn't you then your relative needs to put in a claim.

I take it that you do not live in eastern Scotland?
