Late deliveries
Postal Services Act 2011 doesn't mention a time it should be delivered by, just once a day, Mon-Sat.
I've seen that RM aim (but their aim is obviously way off!!) to deliver by 3pm in urban and 4pm in rural areas
but I can't find the definitive source for that.
You might get 6 stamps if you complain
I suppose if there are enough complaints and they reach the right pen pusher the local DOM might get a phone call to say WTF is happening!??

Late deliveries
In our office on a Saturday some postmen deliver the closest streets after 1st lorry been sorted, hopping not to have to much on 2nd lorry to save 5 or 10 minutes, I'd rather have a coffee.
