I sent an item via Special Delivery at 9am this morning using a prepaid label. When I check tracking now it says.

Special Delivery Guaranteed™ items are first tracked when they have reached our mail centre. This may be late in the evening on the day the item was sent.
Information on your Special Delivery Guaranteed™ item is not yet available.
It should say Posted at postoffice name at time.
Anyone any idea whats gone on?

Special Delivery item not tracked?
You quite often get this message from RM's tracking site due to an intermittent problem with the site. As long as you handed your item over the Post Office counter and got a receipt with a barcode number on it then it's all probably fine.
