A package I've sent has gone astray.... well, its more like I've been had by the costumer. The goods were just under 20 quid, so I'm good. So long as I take action and claim my monies. I understand all the TOS. Is there anyway to claim what's lost? Online claims form etc?
Q1 And has RM been difficult with refunding people who have been conned by the customer, however, has shown notes to RM as proof the buyer claims not to have received anything?
Q2 And have they shown any difficulty in refunding people who have sent packages costing 25 quid without applying 50pound cover and the goods then reported as "not received"? I'm due to send something out later today costing 25 quid and its already marked recorded. This question is for future reference.
Thanks!

You need to fill in a p58 form, which you can obtain online but must submit in hard copy with your certificate of posting. You will also need proof of value: if sold on eBay, you can use proof of the value you sold it for. RM is normally good (but long winded) if you do the above.
RM tracks who the recipient is in claims and, where large numbers of claims are linked to a certain recipient, prosecutes the recipient.
Sorry, can't help you with Q2.
