it was supposed to be sent via china post but it was sent to langley but no word since

Items can take days or weeks to clear customs, who are at Langley. Items worth more than £18, and therefore subject to a customs surcharge, seem to take longer than other items, but it is all quite random.
I don't think that items from China get tracked in the UK between entering customs and delivery / attempted delivery.

my package is over 2 months over due, so maybe there is a problem at customs..
i had bought a pair of running trainers.
is there a number i could call or possibly email a to get an answer as to where the parcel maybe..??

I would check with the sender as on double checking an international site there are 2 more entries after the Langley scan, and both are in China (latest was 4 days after)

the sender of the package is no longer on the site i bought the trainers off. (aliexpress)
his account is not there either.
so emails and attempts to contact have resulted in failure.
going by the tracking information the package did seem to come to langley but i dont know what to do now..
any more help would be greatly appreciated
