Hello,
I've sent two packages to Oxford from Italy and they are apparently both stuck at Heathrow.
The reference numbers are:
RA879461215IT (apparently "on its way" since the 24th)
Date Time Status Track point
24/04/16 10:35 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
24/04/16 09:16 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
and:
RA879461175IT (Latest update: Please come back later)

21/04/16 08:09 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
I had been assured that the items would reach their destination by the end of April but I can see this was wrong. Is there a possibility that they could be in Oxford by the 14th of May? If they don't (particularly RA879461215IT) my academic offer will lapse I absolutely can't let this happen.

Two packages stuck at Heathrow
if, as I suspect, its going to a University then it may have arrived already. When companies and institutions get a lot of tracked items sometimes it takes a few days for the system to update.
I would contact the university after the Bank Holiday on Monday and see if they can advise anything.
