Hi, I am seeking help on a package I believe to be lost/stuck at heathrow DC.
Backstory from Canada:
I had sent an item from my motorcycle to be repaired in the UK (it's a British bike). Since I was already having the work done to the item I ordered 2 other items form the same company. Once the item I sent for repair was fixed all 3 items were sent back via Royal Mail international tracked @ signed. They were sent in 2 different packages with 2 separate tracking numbers. The items I had ordered are currently sitting in customs in Canada at the moment but the item I had repaired (which the motorcycle will not run without) has not shown up to Canada and the tracking says it is still stuck at Heathrow. I am getting very worried because this is a very expensive part and other posts I have read still have not had items delivered and it has been months for them.
I find it odd that the other package that was sent at the exact same time but has made it to Canada.

All stuff goes out of the UK via Heathrow. What was the item that was being repaired (that's being returned to you)?

The item was the motorcycles ECU (Engine control unit). There are not batteries in as it is an enclosed unit. The company that does this has sent numerous ones back and forth to Canada for a number of years without problems.
