hello everyone...my parcel arrived last 16 feb to heathrow dc according to track number RF071022905ES.
I think is long time waiting....it contains just an usb with lessons on pdf. i need help, im desperate...on spain they said contact with royal mail because is on uk....royal mail don´t answer,.....thanks

It looks like it is stuck in customs, though the longest I had previously heard of was about 6 weeks. There isn't anything you can do to speed it up I'm afraid as customs don't accept any contact from the public, and there is nothing either mail service can do.
Given how long it has been, the sender needs to make a claim at the Spanish end. You might want to consider complaining to your MP.
