Delivery to portugal

Post by Sandyson »

Hi I send a parcel to Portugal on the 31/3/16 I sent it international tracked and signed.
Just checked the tracking to find its on its way to Dublin for delivery??? what.... why the hell is it in Dublin. Im now a bit worried.
Will add a photo.
The parcel was clearly addressed to Portugal, I have a photo of the parcel, do I just have to wait to see what happens?

royal mail use a company called gls for certain deliveries in Portugal, often when going via gls it will go to a third country first before the destination hence the "For onward delivery" part of the last scan

though I will admit it's the first time I've seen them send via ireland

But not GLS items as they don't go through the local postal system.
