Parcel stuck At Heathrow

Hi everyone.

I am wondering what should I do next. My parcel is coming from US and when I check USPS it just says this. Your item departed a transfer airport in Heathrow, London, UNITED KINGDOM on March 14, 2016 at 10:02 pm. Does that mean it is at customs or has it been lost? I emailed Parcelforce who then contacted Royal Mail and they sent me an email saying this:

As you may be aware, our Track & Trace system indicates that your item was despatched to the UK on 14th March 2016 so we would have expected it to have been received and delivered shortly afterwards. Unfortunately, there is no further trace of your item on our Track & Trace system at this time so I regret that I cannot confirm its current whereabouts or say what might have caused it to go astray.

So what should I do now? They told me to contact the sender and they just keep telling me to wait,

It is almost certainly stuck in customs, that would be consistent with the tracking you have and customs are usually taking several weeks to clear stuff at the moment. But Royal Mail wouldn't want to tell you that because HMRC are one of their biggest customers.

I've checked Royal Mail site and I get ON ITS WAY TOJUBILEE MAIL CENTRE now :) Taken about a week to clear customs. Never had this delay before.
