I am waiting for a post sent from Romania since 11.02.2016
It was sent as a priority post and left the country at 12.03 pm on 11th of February. After contacting the post office from Romania, I've been told that lately Royal Mail did not updated any information regarding post sent from Romania. Really don't know where to ask or look for the envelope. It contains very important documents! I refuse to believe that anything can vanish these days considering the technology used. Please help!

There is a strong chance that it's stuck in UK customs, that happens a lot at the moment. But it's very hard for us to tell you more unless you give us the barcode number or copy and paste the tracking information into a post on here.

The good news is that the item was delivered just over an hour ago in Newbury.

It was indeed! Not sure who to blame as there was no info update apart from delivery. But happy that I finally have it!
