I'm waiting again for a delivery from Poland. Usually it takes 3-4 days however it was sent on Wednesday and the tracking hasn't updated. Any ideas what the problem could be ? It normally says arrived in the uk but last information was the posted from location. Could it have arrived and been stopped by customs ?

I've been in touch with Royal Mail via Twitter who said it arrived in the uk at lunchtime today and should be with me soon but there's still no info when I track it?

Depending on the service used and the agreements between Poczta Polska and Royal Mail, some items are scanned throughout their journey and some only on delivery - yours might be a delivery only service a lot are.

Just spoken to Royal Mail again they said although it's scanned as accepted at Heathrow it will still need to go through customs

customs can have delays of upto 4 or 5 weeks just so you are aware, totally outwith royal mail control

Yes it usually is pretty quick however now waiting again :-(

Does anyone have the link to the tracking page that gives you more info ?
