Hi there.
I have a parcel from Russia (music cd) that has been stuck at Heathrow since 1/2/16......do i presume this is now lost?
I have phoned customer services & to be honest they dont know what to say to me.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

From that tracking it is almost certainly stuck in UK customs and that often takes several weeks at the moment.
