Hello everyone I live in Spain and I'm expecting an order.
From the day 01/28/2016 the order does not move
He says

Date Time Status Track point
28.01.16 AM ON ITS WAY TOBARAJAS SPAIN SPAIN AND CANARY ISLANDS
The tracking number is this RY140174807GB
Could you help me please?
Is it normal that the order does not move?

You could try +44 3457 740 740 but they are unlikely to know anything more than what is on the tracking. It's gone on the plane now, so it's all down to Correos and Spanish customs.

Based on the tracking in your earlier post it would be in Spain by now, probably stuck in customs waiting to be cleared & given to Correos.
