Delay mail from Thailand to GBLALA

I have sent out mail from Bangkok to West Midlands , UK since January 7,2015 by registered mail from Thailand Postal.

Today (26/1/16) which over the standard delevery period, My friend informed that he didn't get any mail from Royal mail yet.

I don't know how to track it. Anyone can assist for this. Mailing number as following:-

It appears not to be on the Royal Mail tracking site yet, which means that it probably hasn't cleared UK customs. This is not unusual.

I tried to track via the Thailand Post site but Google Translate does not seem to be handling that website very well. Could you maybe look at it and try to translate the information yourself then post it on here? I think the URL is http://track.thailandpost.co.th/tracking/default.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

It could be an issue with the contents not being allowed or being slow because of a customs charge. What was inside please? And are the contents worth more than 18 £?

- I have checked Thailand Postal Track & Trace. The final status was " departure from Suwannabumi Airport" That's mean It has already been shipped out from Thailand and now should be somewhere in UK.

- If it's held at custom point as your suggested. What should I or receiver can do then ? How can we follow up or contact with custom or any person who concern ?

I sent the 9 small paper cartoon cards

weight 0.134 kgs (0.295 lb.)

The value shouldn't over than 18 £.
