i have been waiting for 8 days for my packages these was sent from china they arrived in langley on 2.1.16 i cannot contact the langley office is there any one that can help me

As a part of Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs, not Royal Mail, they do not interact with customers. Even if they impose a customs charge they get RM to deal with the customer.

Delays of 3 weeks are pretty common.
