Can anyone throw some light why my parcel would arrive at the same place twice, heathrow dc,and why it may still be there, the lady at the postoffice helpline said its waiting to go on a plane,so i asked her for two weeks?,i just wondered should i be worried my parcel is not going to be delivered to the usa or does this delay happen sometimes and why.
my tracking number is RN166225545GB

12/01/16 13:36 ON ITS WAY TODO NOT FLY - SENT SURFACE HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
That entry means that it's being sent to the National Returns Centre in Belfast as something in the parcel has been deemed to be a no-fly item. What's the contents of the parcel?

Actually it is still going to the USA - it has been sent Surface Mail rather than Airmail which means slower and probably no tracking.

It does mean there is something in the parcel deemed unsuitable for loading on to a plane.

No, it's not. It's going to the National Return Centre in Belfast where it will be officially opened and the suspect item inspected. If it's deemed safe it'll be sent on to the US. If the suspect item is deemed to be a no-fly item it will likely be destroyed and the package either returned to sender or sent on minus the no-fly item

Actually Swindonandy is correct with this one, this is how the scan appears with an item that has properly been declared as a do not fly item with the correct stickers etc, if it was going to the NRC it would have said that instead of just sent surface
