Tracking number suddenly not recognised?

Hi all :Very Happy

Had a bit of a funny run around with a parcel sent from the US on 6/12. After lots of faff it arrived in the UK a few days ago where I have been tracking it regularly through the royal mail site. Yesterday it was in a nearby sorting office, at 4am in landed in my local PDO and at about 7am it said it was "on delivery" (meaning out for delivery I assume). Now all of a sudden the tracking number has stopped working :d'oh! Tracking no. is LZ845689587US.

Any idea what's happened here? Should I still expect to receive my parcel?

Update in case anyone ever has the same issue - tracking came back online stating that parcel was being prepared for overseas shipment! Called CS and spoke to Natalie who was very helpful. Apparently the tracking system was having issues this morning, hence the "unrecognised" status, and she checked that it was not in fact being sent back overseas :wink: I should receive the item today as planned. I'll edit this post to confirm if/when it shows up.

ETA: All arrived in the end :thumbup
