I cannot trace the item as it says its in Canada

My post was bound for Thailand at a specific date with original doc but has landed in Canada which has created so many issues.
1. I cannot trace the item as it says its in Canada
2. Information provided is not accurate.
3. The documents cannot be re created
4. Due to them not turning up on time, it has created multiple issues.

No change as yet.
Christmas temps been hired at Heathrow have no sense of responsibility

If some one is out there listening to me or reading this post, please help.

Presumably you paid for a premium tracked and insured service if the documents are not replaceable and time sensitive, so get on to the help-line stated on the receipt.
If you just stuck it all in an envelope in the post, how can RM help if the item is somewhere in Canada?

isn't likely to get you that help because the people on here are likely to be the workers you are maligning.

Have you tried both Canada Post and Thailand Post tracking sites.
