I have an inbound delivery from UK to Romania and for more than 2 days the tracker is stuck at Togls Romania. Tried contacting GLS but with no success..since it is a Christmas gift I am bit worried. Can you please check the status on order :Hello,

Its between Royal Mail Heathrow (International Mail Centre) and the GLS European Hub which is based in Germany. It won't appear on GLS tracking sites till it arrives there and thats now unlikely till after Christmas. https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tracking" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
