Is it lost?? Almost a month
Hi again my last item was delivered quickly from Croatia but I'm still waiting on a parcel from Poland which was posted at the end of November (RR752722904PL). Any idea why one is so quick and this one is taking ages ?

Usual problems with customs, see all the other threads. Things taking wildly different amounts of time is common.
If it's something you bought online you should be putting in a claim to the seller: delays in the mail are not a reason to refuse a refund. If they don't play ball, and you paid with a UK credit card, start a charge back. If it's from a friend or relative, and it still hasn't arrived 5 weeks after sending, claim back the value using a P58international form (or better still, get the sender to do this).

Another quick questions, usually my parcel is in a large envelope however this time it's in a box. Will royal mail or parcelforce deliver this ?

Given that it is a "priority registered letter" I would expect that it will arrive by RM.
