Can anyone help l have a parcel coming from the USA and the seller says it arrived at heathrow on the 29 th of November and I have not got it yet the tracking no from usps is LZ527884017US

It's probably stuck in customs, delays in customs of 4 weeks are not unusual, probably could be a little longer this time of year
