Hi,
I posted my Parcel on the 13th of November, 2015 (Royal Mail 48 Service). The tracking is showing that it is still yet to be delivered?
Tracking Number: ZF904276408GB
16-NOV-2015 08:22 Sales Order Raised
13-NOV-2015 17:05 Accepted at Post Office
What on earth is going on with my Parcel? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ask the Post Office branch to have a look to see if they've misplaced the item. From that tracking it appears that it hasn't left the Post Office branch yet. Might also be worth asking the person/company that you're sending it to in case it's somehow made it through the system after the Post Office branch without being scanned (very unlikely though)

Royal Mail 48 has a rather confusing name but is actually a Second Class equivalent home shopping return. Hence the 'sales order raised' after sending. It isn't a fully tracked service and it doesn't have a guaranteed delivery date.
As a customer, your responsibility is to get it to the Post Office and get a receipt for it, which you have. Any further issues are between the online shop and Royal Mail, you don't need to get involved.

Next scan event should be a "Accepted at Inward Mail Centre" scan somepoint overnight tonight
