Can anybody help shed some light on the whereabouts of my parcel please
The tracking is showing the below :

29/10/15 03:20 ON ITS WAY TOTHAMESMEAD PDO CROYDON MAIL CENTRE
29/10/15 02:47 ITEM COLLECTED CROYDON MAIL CENTRE
28/10/15 11:31 ON ITS WAY TOCROYDON MAIL CENTRE HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
28/10/15 09:47 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
It seems somewhere between Croydon mail centre and Thamesmead PDO my parcel has gone astray ! so my parcel has made it over the many miles from USA in 5 days and then disappeared between 2 UK centres 20 minutes from each other ???
Over a week with no update. Parcel is not at Thamesmead PDO when checked in person so someone please shed some light !!!!!!!
I'm concerned because this item is of value. USPS are telling my seller that they have nothing to do with it once its arrived in UK and a lovely lady from Royal mail customer services are telling me they have nothing to do with it if sent from USPS, its just crazy ! im going round in circles and no one is being held accountable ? surely this cant be right ? There must be driver details of the person collecting and taking it to Thamesmead ?
Am i to be worried at this stage with no movement in the UK for a week ?

tweet the tracking number to @royalmail they are very proactive and have access to more information than we do, at least they seem to. You may have to follow them so they can DM you, and they work 8 -5 but they are one of RMs hidden jewells.
