Click and drop hasn't been working properly for 10 days, any ideas? Has it been scrapped?
It does not sync with eBay which is the one reason for using it. I have reported it several times and just get the same uninformed answer - no known issues.
It is a busy time of year for us ebayers and we need to know that we have a reliable service. 10 days down and no sign of any fixing it in a hurry.
