Im expecting a delivery from China which has supposedly arrived in the Uk but when i go to track the delivery it says its at Heathrow Worldwide DC and has been for the last 11 days, how much longer would you expect the delivery to finally reach my door?

Unfortunately Royal Mail are entirely at the mercy of HM Customs in this respect. I would expect it to be released any time if not subject to duty, maybe a bit longer if tax is due.
