Hello,
i got a tracking number beginning with LB and ending with GB. On Tuesday i got this tracking number, but today -5 days later- the Royal Mail tracking says the same message, it did Tuesday already.
"Information on your International Tracked item is not yet available."
Why the tracking system don't get active?

2 possible reasons 1 the sender has given you an incorrect number or they haven't sent it yet. The other most unlikely possibility is that no-one has bothered to scan it, but that's nearly impossible.

Not every sender walks down to their local Post Office and hands it over the counter in return for a tracking number. If they are a bulk seller they can print their own labels and have all their items collected directly by Royal Mail without having to leave their own building.
I'm not saying that this is what has happened, but it is possible that they have allocated the tracking number for your item, but have not yet been able to get it into Royal Mail's system.
