Hello,
please, friend from UK send a parcel to me via International Tracked & Signed to Czech Republic.
On their site there is written, that it will take 3-4 working days, max 5. Today it is 4th day and tracking is still same, look:

how is this possible? I wanted to contact them by email or live chat but they have only contact by call, but its not cheap from Czech.

and a twitter account @RoyalMail

Did they update the status of your parcel? or it's still at Heathrow according to the tracking details?
I'm asking because my package is stuck at Heathrow DC for 4 days with the same status as yours.
